YIKES! YOU NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO....
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any items purchased directly from Go Professional Cases website for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of Shipping Date on your Packing Slip. If you bought a GPC product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies. We aren't able to accept returns that aren't purchased directly from us. Remember: If your case is too small...we have lots of sizes and bet we have one that you'll want!

Request a Return Authorization by emailing info@goprocases.com and sending us your name and what you purchased. We will send you a Return Authorization Number.

roperly Package and Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization # obtained from Go Professional Cases.

Send Your Package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FedEx, UPSP Priority, USP) to:

Your Refund Will be Issued within 24 hours of receipt of receiving your return (unless we aren't here like on holidays and stuff...but we'll do it quick!)

It's the Rules and Stuff...Refunds for new, unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or modified items are non-refundable. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
